The house boasts an impressive 9m wide frontage. Located within an urban residential area with a 7.5m wide road in front, this site provides the ideal foundation for a beautiful and perfect home.
Eco-Home Design – Living in Harmony with Nature
This project applies high-tech ecological design principles. We utilize advanced heat-resistant materials, such as Low-E glass and thermal insulation coatings, combined with thick wall layers. These features significantly reduce the impact of solar radiation in a tropical climate.
Solar Energy Integration
To optimize energy consumption and minimize electricity costs, the project incorporates rooftop solar panels. This utilization of solar energy not only protects the environment but also creates a clean and sustainable power source for the home.
Maximizing the 9m Frontage
To make the most of the 9m frontage, our architects proposed extending the 2nd-floor master bedroom across the entire width of the house. To ensure privacy and security, a large louvre system was designed to cover the facade when needed. The first floor is also protected by a discreet fence that integrates seamlessly with glass elements.
Premium Amenities for Living Spaces
While every room is designed to receive natural light, the master bedroom already occupies the main frontage. Therefore, we introduced a rear skylight to bring natural light and ventilation (air circulation) into the heart of the home, reconnecting the interior with nature.
