I. SketchUp Plugins (Digital Extensions)

Since our plugins are available through different platforms, the refund process depends on where you made your purchase:

  • 1. Purchases via Gumroad (e.g., Pro Plugins):

    • License & Delivery: Delivered instantly via Gumroad with a lifetime license. Activation requires only a one-time internet connection to enter your license key. After that, the plugin works fully offline.

    • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the plugin doesn’t work on your setup or you’re not happy with it, let us know within 7 days.

    • How Refunds Work: We’ll work with you to troubleshoot any issues first. If we can’t get it working, we’ll issue a refund (minus small non-refundable payment processing fees ~10%).

  • 2. Purchases via SketchUp Extension Warehouse (e.g., Studio Plugins):

    • License & Delivery: Processed and managed directly by Trimble. Licensing is securely tied to your Trimble ID.

    • Refund Policy: Purchases made directly through the Extension Warehouse are subject to Trimble’s official billing and refund policies. Refund requests or subscription cancellations must be handled through your Trimble Account portal.

💡 Note: We strongly recommend trying the Free version of our plugins first — if it runs smoothly, the paid versions will work the same way in almost all cases.

II. Canva Templates & Other Instant Digital Downloads

  • Due to the instant delivery nature of Canva templates, graphics packs, and similar digital files (you receive editable links or downloadable files immediately after purchase), we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these products once the purchase is completed.

  • We encourage you to carefully review the product previews, descriptions, and included files before purchasing.

III. How To Get Help Or Request A Refund

  • For Gumroad Purchases: Simply reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt email, or contact us directly at Info@Febhouse.com.

  • For Extension Warehouse Purchases: For billing or refund inquiries, please use the Trimble Account management portal. For technical support with the plugin itself, contact us at Info@Febhouse.com.
