THE LEAF TOWN ECOLOGICAL PARK (BAO LOC - DA LAT)
The Leaf Town Ecological Park is developed in collaboration with investor Phuong Dong. This is an extensive park situated on a hillside with an area of 1 hectare, serving the residents within the project.
The natural landscape here is stunning and majestic, so the park focuses on utility blocks that maximize scenic viewpoints and leverage the local terrain.
LANDSCAPE CROSS-SECTION
First, let’s look at the longitudinal landscape cross-section to see the complexity of the local terrain. The elevation varies from -12,000 to +12,000. The 0.000 mark is placed at the center of the project, which is also the entrance location for the convenience of guests.

Experience the diversity of utility spaces within the park through a bird’s-eye view.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
This area will host music events with outdoor seating stretching from the stage area up to the camping grounds (elevation +12,000). Beneath the camping ground is the restroom area and water supply system for the entire project.
Next is the central area featuring the project’s nameplate and the clubhouse—boasting open architecture and a roof shape that is a signature of this development. Adjacent to the Clubhouse is a children’s playground and a pet garden, creating a great attraction for little ones.

Various functional areas and highlights are distributed throughout the park to spark curiosity and exploration for visitors.
