A Charming Little Spot in the Old Quarter

The design inspiration for this project stems from the shop’s signature dish: Pandan Sticky Rice (Kem xôi nếp). Our architects utilized the distinct color and fragrance of pandan leaves to create a unique and recognizable brand identity for the space.
Key Color Palette:
Dominant Color: Pandan Green (covering 60% of the interior area).
Accent Colors: Rustic wood tones (used for window frames, furniture, and wall accents) to create a warm, natural yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Interior & Exterior Philosophy:
Interior: We used soft, textured green tones combined with circular design elements (inspired by scoops of ice cream) to create a friendly and inviting mood.
Exterior: The facade features a prominent “Pandan Green” wall with arched windows and a natural wood-grain ceiling system to conceal the old structure and modernize the street presence.
Space Optimization: Despite being a small lot in a busy city area, the layout maximizes seating by utilizing a “street-side” bench concept, allowing customers to enjoy the vibrant Hanoi atmosphere.
